High-pressure gas: spray cans, fire extinguisher, gas for cassette stove, refill gas for lighter, helium gas, etc.
Flammable substances: matches, lighters, activated charcoal, etc.
Oxidizing substances: bleach, oxygen generators, etc.
Poisonous substances: thermal evaporation pesticides, chloroform, etc.
Corrosive substances: mercury, acetic acid, etc.
Radioactive materials: plutonium, radium, uranium, cesium, etc.
Narcotics: narcotics, psychotropic drugs, etc.
Others: e-cigarettes, batteries not built into the device, live animals, etc.

Can I send products with lithium and lithium-ion batteries?

I believe that most of the devices with batteries are precision machinery, so you can use them as your own baggage. We recommend that you take it home with you.

If you accidentally put in an item that cannot be transported

Your package will be put on hold in our warehouse.
Your package will be opened and shipped except for items that cannot be transported.
Please note that we will discard any items that are removed.
If all items cannot be shipped or if it is difficult to remove only the items that cannot be shipped, all items will be discarded.
The fee paid will be used to cover the cost of disposal and is non-refundable.
